Join SileneMC

The server is free and open to everyone, on Java and Bedrock. Add the address, create your password, and you're in the lobby.

Server address

play.silenemc.eu

Bedrock: port 19132. Java: no port needed.

Java Edition (PC, Mac, Linux)

From 1.8 to 26.2: keep your version, the server adapts.

  1. Launch Minecraft Java in any version from 1.8 to 26.2.
  2. Open "Multiplayer", then "Add Server".
  3. In "Server Address", paste play.silenemc.eu, then confirm with "Done".
  4. Join the server: on your first visit, create your password (see below).

Bedrock Edition (mobile, tablet, Windows)

Your Xbox account is enough: no password to create. Port 19132.

Add to Minecraft

On a phone, tablet or Windows, this button opens Minecraft with the server already filled in. If nothing happens, follow the steps.

  1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock, open "Play", then the "Servers" tab.
  2. At the bottom of the list, tap "Add Server".
  3. Name: SileneMC. Address: play.silenemc.eu. Port: 19132.
  4. Save and join: in game, your name starts with a dot (.).

On console (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch), Minecraft doesn't let you add a server by hand. Play from a phone, tablet or Windows PC to join SileneMC.

Your account on the server

On Java, the server accepts every account: a password protects your name. Pick 6 to 64 characters, different from your name, and never share it. Staff will never ask for it.

Command What it does
/register <password> <password> Create your password on your first visit (type it twice).
/login <password> Log in on later visits.
/changepw <old> <new> Change your password.
/premium Official Minecraft account: automatic login, no password (Java, with confirmation).

Play with your friends

Command What it does
/party invite <player> Invite a friend to your party: you join queues together (/p for short).
/friend add <player> Add a friend to your list (/f for short).
/msg <player> <message> Send a private message.
/host Open the custom games menu: create yours or join a friend's.
/discord lier <code> Link your Discord account: the code comes from the "Obtenir mon code" button in #lier-mon-compte (valid for 10 minutes).

Account linked? Join the "Fil d'attente" voice channel on Discord: the bot moves you to your team's, host's or party's voice channel.

Trouble connecting?

"Incompatible version" or "Outdated server"

The server accepts Java 1.8 to 26.2. A newer version may have just come out: switch back to 26.2 in the launcher until we update.

Bedrock: "Unable to connect to world"

Check the address, port 19132, and that your device is signed in to an Xbox account. On a school or work network, online games are often blocked: try mobile data.

Forgotten password

Open a ticket on Discord: staff check the account is yours, then reset it.

"You are banned" when connecting

The message gives the reason and the duration. To appeal, open a ticket on Discord. Rules
